One of the most impactful practices and tools I have adopted over the last few years has unequivocally been Vedic Meditation. I learned the history and practice from Matt, Barron and Blaise at a time when I was seeking more habits and tools to help me regulate my nervous system and process my emotions and my perception of reality in a healthier way, and what I came away with was arguably life changing. The practice, even during periods when I have waned in consistency, has allowed me to live a greater and more peaceful existence. Having access to this powerful tool has been super valuable.

I dabbled in trying to teach myself different meditation techniques over the years, and was hesitant to pay to learn. I can feel the fruit of my potential ripening. Overall, I couldn't be more proud and pleased with my progress - initially when I started meditating I had just ended a relationship - I in the past usually started dating pretty quickly to distract myself from thinking of what used to be and looking to strangers for a cheap self-esteem boost post-heartbreak. This was the first time I felt like I started dating myself instead, really diving in and figuring out how to serve myself and create that boost internally rather than seek it from others. For nearly a year, I didn't date at all and focused on my personal development; now that I'm dating again, I feel so empowered. I've never felt better about the way I'm approaching dating as I do now; I feel very comfortable in my skin, aware of my value, and entirely unafraid to stand in that value and power. Meditation has truly connected me to myself, with my own stronger sense of self love, and I'm now approaching others with no sense of need, which feels incredible. Disappointment has disappeared, I trust myself and life fully, and I can really enjoy the process because I've let go of the outcome. It's amazing to seek companionship without need, fully content in my life as is. That has been a true gift."
